Vaccines for Children
Ensuring that your child receives all their childhood immunization is important to us. We recognize that these services may cause a financial hardship. Therefore, we have partnered with the State of Montana to provide the Vaccines for Children program at our Heights Family Practice location. This program allows us to provide your child with the immunizations they need at a significantly reduced fee. As an additional service, the records of these immunizations are tracked in a statewide database allowing any physician registered in the system to access the immunization record in order to deliver immunizations services.

Radiology/X-Ray Services
Radiology services are conveniently located at Heights Family Practice. We use a digital system making the films immediately available to a radiologist on staff at St. Vincent Healthcare. This technology allows our physicians to consult with the radiologists and provide high quality radiology services to our patients.

Medication Assistance Program (MAP)
MAP helps low income or uninsured patients get the medications they need but can't afford. Our skilled MAP Advocates are available to assist our patients in completing the application and eligibility verification processes. There is a $5 nominal fee for each medication that is ordered. Laboratory
Laboratory services are conveniently located onsite at our Heights Family Practice location with early morning appointments to accommodate busy schedules. Our laboratory is electronically connected to the main campus laboratory at St. Vincent Healthcare to expedite test reports to physicians and patients.

Coumadin Clinic
A weekly Coumadin Clinic is available for established Heights Family Practice patients who are on Warfarin therapy. This convenient service allows patients to receive laboratory test results at the same time as they have their blood drawn. If a physician consultation is required, this can be performed in conjunction with the service. A referral from your primary care provider is required.
