I think most of us realize that oil exploration and drilling is an extremely hazardous profession. But, the risks don’t end there. This video was taken by an oil field worker on his day off near the Montana / North Dakota border (near Fairview) at @ 11:00 am on Sunday, February 12, 2012. Although you can’t see it in the video there were three storage tanks that were ripped open, the wellhead had detonated (according to the first responders), and a tanker truck parked next to the storage units was a ball of molten steel. Thankfully, no one was injured or killed.
